Trilla Inc. (“Trilla,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and gives you choices about how your personal information is used. This page lets residents of certain U.S. states exercise their privacy rights, including the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising.
Trilla does not sell your personal information for money. However, like many online services, our use of certain cookies, analytics and advertising technologies may qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” under some U.S. state privacy laws. This page lets you opt out of those activities.
1. Opt Out of Sale / Sharing and Targeted Advertising
You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising in the following ways:
- Use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” toggle at the top of this page.
- Enable a recognized universal opt-out mechanism, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), in your browser or extension. Trilla honors GPC signals where required by law; when we detect a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request for that browser or device.
- Adjust your cookie preferences through your browser settings.
- Email us at info@flytrilla.com with the subject “Your Privacy Choices.”
Because opt-out preferences tied to cookies are specific to the browser and device you use, you may need to renew your choice on each browser or device, or if you clear your cookies.
2. Limit the Use of Sensitive Personal Information
Trilla uses Sensitive Personal Information (such as financial-account information you choose to connect through Plaid or another provider) only to deliver the features you request, to authenticate you, to maintain security and to prevent fraud — not to infer characteristics about you for advertising. If you are a resident of a state that provides this right, you may request to limit the use of your Sensitive Personal Information by contacting us at info@flytrilla.com.
3. Other Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Oregon, Texas and Nevada), you may also have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a portable copy of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, see the “Your Privacy Rights” sections of our Privacy Policy, submit a request through our privacy portal at https://flytrilla.com/privacy, or email info@flytrilla.com.
4. Authorized Agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out or other privacy request on your behalf. We may require verification of your identity and proof of the agent’s authorization before processing the request.
5. How We Respond
We will process opt-out requests within the timeframes required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. If we deny a request, you may appeal by contacting info@flytrilla.com, and, where applicable, you may contact your state attorney general or privacy regulator.
