Can I switch plans?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. If you upgrade, you're charged the prorated difference immediately. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your billing period.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime. Prefer a one-time option? A day pass gives you full access for 24 hours with no subscription.
What is the Lifetime Pass?
A one-time payment that unlocks Trilla Pro forever — no subscription and no renewal. It covers Pro only, it's limited to the passes available in the campaign, and it stays yours even if our plans change later.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Is there a free trial?
The Freemium plan is free forever with no credit card required. Pro and Business plans can be cancelled within 7 days for a full refund.
